Can I try bübish before I buy?

Can I make a custom order?
Yes! If the standard sizing of our core jackets isn't suited to you, for an additional $50 we can have a jacket custom made for you. This will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Please email us at hello@bubishluxe.com
What is the difference between the Emma, Lola & Valencia Jacket?
These are 3 of our best selling styles! The Lola is a cropped length, the Emma has a cropped length at the front and is longer at the back and our Valencia Jacket is long all the way around with a beautiful waterfall front.
What is the difference between the Manhattan and the Scarlett Jacket?
The Manhattan is our popular cropped style and our Scarlett Jacket is longer through the body for those who love the feather look but want the extra length.
What is the difference between the Oatmeal and Stone colour?
Our Oatmeal has a warmer toned base whereas the Stone has a cooler toned base.
What is the difference between the Blush, Baby Pink and Creme Brulee colours?
Our Blush is a great neutral colour with a pink undertone, our Baby Pink is slightly lighter and appears more pink due to the Baby Pink satin lining and our Creme Brulee is a great neutral with more golden undertones.
How can I choose what size to buy?
Size guides can be found on each product page above the size selection and under the product description. Please note these are garment measurements, not body measurements. If you are still unsure, our team are happy to help you on live chat between 8am—4pm or via email.

What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located in the tab underneath the product description on the product page and include any fit notes as well as approximate garment measurements.

I have emailed you, but haven't received a reply yet. How long until your customer service contacts me?
Our team is based in Adelaide, South Australia and is working hard from Monday to Friday. We try our best to answer requests within 24-48 hours. If you emailed us outside our office hours or over the weekend, please allow us an extra day.
If I order an item on pre-order, when will I receive it?
Pre-order items will arrive to our warehouse on the date noted on your order confirmation - noted next to your selected garment size. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on it's way to you and our team will contact you with any changes to the expected ETA.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide.
How much will shipping cost within Austalia?
Within Australia, Standard Shipping is $8 and Express Shipping is $12.00.

Need it quicker? For all SA, VIC, NSW, QLD & TAS orders within 50km of a CBD, you can pay $22 for overnight express shipping. Please note the cut-off for this is 12pm ACST Mon-Thurs and a signature is required on Delivery which means unfortunately we are unable to ship with this method to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If you're based in Adelaide, you can select same-day shipping at checkout for $22. Please note the cut-off for this is 12pm ACST Mon-Fri. Please ensure you email hello@bubishluxe.com to ensure your order dispatches the same day.
How much is shipping outside of Australia?
We ship internationally to New Zealand with Standard Post for $12 and Express Post for $18.
All other International orders ship via DHL from $36.00.
How long does shipping take?
Our Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within Australia takes approximately 2-8 business days and Express Shipping 1-4 business days.
Where possible, we will endeavour to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase if placed before 2pm. In peak times, please allow at least 1 day handling time before your order is dispatched.
Orders placed after 2pm, will be processed the following business day unless agreed upon with bübish.
Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the next business day.
*Please note - Delivery times can vary depending on where you are located within Australia and/or the postal service.
Do you offer click & collect?
If you're based in Adelaide, you can pick up your order from our Mile End Showroom. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please show this to us upon your arrival to collect your order.
Am I responsible for possible customs fees?
Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and/or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ‘Bubish Luxe’ has no control over these charges, nor can ‘Bubish Luxe’ predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return my order?
Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery through our returns portal here. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Beyond this 10 day period, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return.
Are there refunds on sale items, including flash sales?
There are no refunds on sale items for change of mind. This includes flash sales eg. EOFY sale. Items can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
Some sale items are final sale. This will be clearly marked on the product page. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange.
When will my refund or exchange be processed?
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will forward you a notification email confirming that we have received the item and whether the refund/ exchange has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding shipping costs.
My refund has been approved but the refund is not in my account?
A receipt of refund will be forwarded to you. Please be patient if funds do not clear immediately. If funds do not clear within 5-7 business days, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card company.
